Studying Biomedical Science at uni, I want to get flexible, fit and skinny, this is a blog to help motivate me to do all this. I currently go dancing three times a week - 1x Ballet, 1x belly dancing, and justed started 1x salsa, 1x Jive, 1x contemporary and 2x pole dancing. Please feel free to ask me anything :D

My brother just told me that I need to exercise more because dancing is not a proper form of exercise. (I go pole dancing three times a week and have uni dancing twice a week).  I want to prove him wrong but he will never listen to me

Man, I really want to get into Cheerleading, but I’m 20, and have only just started dancing this year. And there aren’t any cheer leading groups around where I live :( I get really sad when I go through all the cheer leading blogs because I want to be able to do all of it.

I’m currently in a musical and I am the lead singer/ dancer for one of the songs and I need to find a dress that looks like this - 

I haven’t been able to find one that looks right and then I saw this last night on Rachel and need to know where I can buy one or one that looks similar to this.
